Review: Injustice: Gods Among Us
Written by Shane Bailey on April 30, 2013 in Xbox 360
[DC Comics, Injustice: Gods Amond Us, Superman]
A fluid fighting engine with a decent combo and counter system, moves are easy to pull off but with the addition of the power meter give them a bit more for the veteran fighter to play with. The game walks a fine line of being inviting to casual fighters, but gives just enough challenge for most veteran fighters. This game is perfect for gamers that are fond of current DC comics characters, Mortal Kombat fighting games, or are just looking for a fun casual fighter to while away their time.

[DC Comics, Injustice: Gods Among Us, iOS, NetherRealm, NetherRealm Studios, WB Games]
Perfect for those moments when you are waiting in line or during a commercial on TV. It does exactly what a mobile game should do. Provide you with quick entertainment for those breaks throughout the day, provide you with something to keep coming back for with the collectible card game and the leveling up of the characters, and serve to help market the other versions of the game by allowing you to link your WB ID and unlock console items by playing. The best part is, it’s free.

I’ve always been a comic book fanboy. Of course, that was before I switched gears… Read More »

Okay folks, I’ll admit it. I’m a big kid. And as a big kid, three of my favorite things are video games, comic books, and LEGOs. So, when the superhero-styled team up of Traveller’s Tales and DC Comics came together for the first LEGO Batman … well, let’s just say I was a giddy little… Read More »
