Within the last couple of weeks there have been a few announcements in which consumers can spend their “bells” (money used within Animal Crossing) within the new iteration of Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
It is not always easy to gain the bells that are needed to get everything that your heart desires, but that does not keep people from doing whatever it takes to get those bells within the game.
It could be casting a line for new fish, digging for hidden treasures, or even selling some unique piece of furniture that they were able to get for a ridiculous price a few weeks early during a sale. Within the game there are many ways that a person can go about getting the “bells” that are needed to purchase that piece of furniture that will complete the line that is in the house. Or even to just make sure that you have enough for the next big sale that way be going on in Mabel and Sable’s clothing shop. When a player has the “bells” that they need, then they are able to be the true consumer at heart that they have always wanted to be.
In the real world, Nintendo has announced that they will have a new 3DS XL bundle that will include that game within the console itself. It is a 3DS XL that is white with a colorful design of leaves, fruit, and other Animal Crossing inspired items. The console will still have a 4GB SD card, so there isn’t much of an upgrade there, and the game pre-installed on it. It will retail for $219.99 on June 9th, which is the same date that the game is being released.
It would appear that if when it comes to Animal Crossing: New Leaf you need to find “bells” within the game and in real life if you want to have your own unique 3DS XL. The “bells” found within the game, unfortunately, do not translate to real American cash and therefore cannot be transferred to the future purchase of the console. The work is still to be done, to make sure that you have enough of the “bells” to enjoy the game and get all of the unique collectibles that are sure to pop up throughout the days to come after release.
Want!
